Van Millwork is pleased to announce and welcome Kim Tokarz back as the Company’s Inside Sales Manager. Kim was a valuable team member at Van for a number of years up until 2008 when she left to raise her family. Kim will be responsible for sales team leadership. In addition, she will collaborate with manufacturer reps, purchasing department and other department heads to ensure efficient order and delivery system.

As a 23 year veteran of the building supply industry, Kim began her career as a cashier at Mid-Cape Home Center. During her tenure she received several promotions, eventually becoming the Millwork Coordinator where she established Mid Cape’s interior millwork department. Kim went on to join Shepley also founding their interior millwork division.

Kim’s management skills and industry knowledge will greatly benefit Van Millwork as we continue to grow. Please join us in welcoming her return!

James comes from a sales background in the building industry. His prior positions include Pro Force Sales with National Lumber and Sales Representative with Dartmouth Building Supply. His roles there included Inside and Outside Sales, Customer Service, Technical Service, and Quality Plant Management. With the addition of James, Van Millwork continues to provide exceptional sales and service support to our customers.

Van Millwork welcomes Alex Xarras as a new outside sales manager. Alex comes to Van with a strong background in sales and marketing having most recently served as Sales Manager for Pacella Excavating & Disposal based in Foxboro, MA. While there he was responsible for sales, marketing and advertising. Additional inside and outside sales experience includes territory manager at WW Grainger and Forman/Supervisor for X-Act Applications. He holds a Bachelors degree from Fitchburg State College in Business Management.

Van Millwork​ has an opening for an Inside Customer Sales Representative. We are looking for an individual eager to learn and who enjoys customer relations.

Candidate must possess a friendly and cooperative attitude with a commitment in achieving high quality results. The ability to mulch-task with a detailed oriented focus on problem solving is required. Strong industry and product knowledge is a plus.

Daily responsibilities include customer counter sales, data processing, customer inquiries, managing all aspects of the order process, supporting outside sales staff, and interacting with all departments to ensure quality customer satisfaction.
