This 4 hour interactive workshop is designed to introduce you and your business to the critical information needed to make sure you are properly estimating and pricing your projects for profitability. It will also include strategies you can use to successfully delegate construction projects to production employees so they can profitably complete projects on their own with the information created during the sales and estimating process. Being strategic about the process you use to collect and document project information when selling to customers and estimating project costs can really make a big difference for your business.

SEPTEMBER AIA/ASID PRESENTATION AT VAN MILLWORK

On September 15th we held another Continuing Education class for architects and design professionals. Presented by Metrie TruStile Doors and Hafele, our showroom was filled with local Architects and Interior Designers who enjoyed continental breakfast and informative presentations while earning 3 credits. Afterwards, members took a self tour of the 9 architecturally themed suites featured at Van Millwork’s Needham MA Design Center.

We appreciate our partnerships with our manufacturer representatives and the architectural and design community and feel privileged to offer continuing educational courses and informative seminars!
