to add to staff an Outside Sales Rep/Territory Manager. We are looking for sales professional who
can provide on-site take-offs, accurate estimates and product/millwork recommendations for

Some responsibilities include:

➢ Building brand loyalty and market share for Van Millwork products by identifying, capturing and
developing long term partnerships with builders
➢ Fostering and maintaining excellent customer relationships in assigned territory
➢ Driving the entire order creation and fulfillment process, including take-offs, quotes, order and
post-delivery follow up to assure repeat and ongoing business with the customer
➢ Maintaining excellent team relationships with all departments within the company
➢ Contributing to the company’s ongoing commitment to crate layers of sustainable advantages to the
builder ( i.e. process improvements, new products, market intelligence
➢ Contributing to the success of the Needham Showroom including helping with the promotion and
staffing of the location
➢ Attending any Company sponsored events and functions.
➢ Strong technical Competence of Finish Carpentry
➢ A proven track record of outside sales in the residential construction community
➢ Ability to work well in hectic environment with constantly shifting priorities
